The Alpine Apartments

Lived here for about 4 months so far , These are our experiences 1. 9/10 they never pick up the phone, maintenance requests are ignored most of the time, you practically have to beg and reach out several times to have a fair chance of getting something addressed. 2. Hallways are barely cleaned so they get quite dirty 3. There is no central air conditioning so this could result in mold if you don’t ensure low humidity by getting a dehumidifier. Must always have the ac turned on. Some perks - They have been doing better about cleaning the outside of the building - There are some nice friendly neighbors - our basement unit has good and new cabinets which is nice, the closets and generally indoor is nice. Overall the cons are outweighing the pros for me. I am very disappointed in the lack of proper management. They may respond to this by saying to reach out to them but the thing is they almost never pick up so it makes it that much more frustrating.

It's not good to live here; there are a lot of cockroaches and mice. I always kept my apartment clean, but I had to invest in pest control and patching up many holes to keep animals out. The cleaning is poor, and there's been a water leak for months on the floor below, which smells terrible. I hope my lease expires soon so I can leave.

For three months I have continously called and sent emails and maintenance requests for an unsealed a/c in our second bedroom that has molded over. No one will do anything about it. Property manager came to look at it 2 months ago, said she would send contractors and since does not respond to anything. Great place to live if you want mold poisoning or to not be able to use half of your apartment.

I like living here. Its generally quiet, great neighborhood for evening walks. And its a 5-10 minute drive to virtually everything.
