Overall, everything has been great! Tessa in management and Dustin in maintenance have been very helpful. My only tip for future residents moving from out of state is to confirm your exact *arrival window* ahead of time to ensure a seamless key pickup. Aside from that initial transition, living here has been a wonderful experience. The neighbors are awesome, the Coleman layout is spacious, and it is very quiet—which I really appreciate as a student.

Leasing team and staff are awesome. Move in was great. Good place, slightly industrial feel. Bring stuff for the walls and decorations to make it feel more cozy.

Great experience so far! The building is clean and modern, and the move-in process was easy. Tessa was amazing—friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Moving in was super easy, the front staff was helpful with everything! The apartments are so clean, spacious, and in the perfect location to be near downtown Dayton and the Oregon district!

the leasing manager Tessa is so professional and even more accommodating. Dustin (maintenance) is efficient and polite. I definitely would recommend if you’re looking to move. Only thing I don’t like is them not having a buzzer service to let guest and deliveries in. You have to meet everyone that visits you at front lobby to let them in which is very inconvenient. -londyn-
