i had raccons in my vents, light fixtures and ceilings. need i say more? if i could give 0 stars i would. there are holes EVERYWHERE. they did little to nothing and i had to deal with them for 6 months. had a 15 month lease and was only there for 8 months, they only let us out the lease bc i sued them not bc i begged them to just let us go. the pictures speak for themselves, i dont even need to get into it. DO NOT rent here. it’s a sit show. 8 months of hell, nothing good came from living here. UPDATE JULY 20, 2026: im not sure why they even bothered replying like if IM supposed to reach out to THEM, and for what? already went to court and everything, i’m trying to move on unless village green is trying to compensate us for emotional + mental pain and suffering, besides that i don’t want nothing to do with this place ever again.

I had such a great experience touring, and it was all because of Jalenn! Her warm energy was absolutely amazing. Her presence and charisma alone could have sold an apartment to me. She is very knowledgeable in the available listings and could answer all of my questions with ease. Steeplechase is very lucky to have her!
