Red Deer

I had a wonderful experience at Red Deer Apartment. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help whenever we needed anything. Any repair or maintenance issue was handled quickly, and they were always easy to reach. My daughter lived there while she was studying, and the management truly cared about their residents. They checked on her and made sure she was doing well, which gave our family great peace of mind. She never had any complaints, and neither did I. The staff is the most friendly, personable staff I’ve ever met! Maintenance work gets done literally so fast AND the maintenance actually takes the time to fix things correctly. This is the quietest, most peaceful neighborhood as well. Been here 4 months so far and my fiancé and I love every minute of it. It’s always being mowed, bushes trimmed, etc. and the apartments are so clean. Very well taken care of apartments. We are blessed we found this place!

My wife and I lived there for a few years and they ignored the complaints of moisture and mold from the laundry room. We struggled to breathe toward the end of staying there, we bought a house so we would never have to deal with an apartment again. We were told a certain amount was owed for a prorated rent the month we were moving out in writing through an email about 300$ for the 7 days of rent beyond our lease, we paid that amount and kept a picture of the money order. We did not renew lease obviously because we bought a house, so we paid for the 7 days. Then we were overcharged over 1400$ more after having paid the prorated amount, so now we are being double charged for rent instead of the prorated amount. We disputed it, we showed our bank the email and the money order and our bank revoked the charge. Then red deed sent the “debt” to collections and we have been having to fight / dispute it multiple times. They kept our deposit, they ignored our complaints of water and mold, THEN they try to cheat us by dramatically overcharging us. I would never recommend this place, it sucks.

Beautiful location but a little too pricey for the age of the building/inside as well with no upgrades
