Absolutely loved living here!

They were very sweet when I was still looking for a place but after I have signed paperwork that when I seen their true colors, I had some good roommates one thing that I hate about this place was how their increase the rent price before the year ended and also the water there is horrible when you shower, your skin will turn white so ashy, , after I move out they took half of my deposit money, saying that they had to clean when I cleaned everything looking better than when I first went in . I would not recommend but if you have the money like that then don’t do it

I could have sworn I left a review when we moved out but there doesn't seem to be one now. Lived here back in 2017 and place was a nightmare then. Walls and floors were super thin - to the point where you could easily hear whole conversations your neighbors were having. Multiple times our downstairs neighbors came to us because our bathtub was leaking into their apartment - which we couldn't do anything about, and told them to contact maintenance. When maintenance arrived to check the pipes, they pulled our oven out and the access panel was just a massive hole in the wall that was the size of our oven....hoping I still have those pictures I took so I can share.... Move in was terrible. Our apartment was filthy, oven completely full of burnt food. The bathtub - which they told us had been 'recently refinished' was in fact just painted. There was so much paint AND old hair in the drain, our tub wouldn't drain. I had to use a hanger to break up the latex paint and only after pulling out a hair snake at least two feet long of someone else's hair did our tub finally drain. Our unit was above the garage where they keep their lawn equipment. At one point gas had been spilt in the garage and they just threw kitty litter on it without properly ventilating. It made me so sick that I called the office multiple times to complain and they said they'd 'cleaned it up' and I was the only one complaining so they didn't know what to tell me. I lodged a non-emergency complaint with the local FD and they told me that it was, in fact, an emergency and that next time I needed to call 911. Unfortunately by the time I heard back from the FD the smell had gone, so I'm not sure if the FD ever said/did anything to management. When we moved out, I learned that the plumbing was evidently a huge issue for several units, as someone was in the leasing office complaining about water flooding his ground floor unit. When he heard I was vacating a second floor unit he requested it so he could finally live someplace that didn't have massive leaks in the ceiling. They also shut down the pool for most of that summer because the payphone outside was busted. Only when some of our neighbors complained that we should be reimbursed for amenities not provided but promised in our leases did they finally open it back up. I don't think the phone was ever fixed while we lived there. The only true benefit of this place was that the rent, was ~$550/month for a two bedroom unit at the time we lived there. I had a discount for working on base. The fact their rent has skyrocketed and they still have the same problems that existed when we lived there with no upgrades to the units is WILD.

Bathroom floor is sloping where toilet is. Fixtures are held in place by shotty craftsmanship using caulking. No lights other than the kitchen, hall, and bathroom. In unit laundry machines the size of a child's play toy for an excessive amount of money. Pool so poorly maintained it was closed for the last part of the summer season. Paint chipping and falling off of walls along with exessive caulking- perfect hazard for curious kids. Constant battle with mold around windows and inside of the unaccessible part of AC. No central ac, only a single unit in living room with no air circulation. Wall outlets barely hold anything in them. Water heater loud enough to wake a napping infant in room across hall with a sound machine on max volume. Nearly impossible to set shower temp anywhere between luke warm and scolding hot. Floors are warped and delapodated, allowing all cigarette/weed smoke, and guitar music from your neighbors into your unit. There is a noise/annoyance policy but no information of a smoking policy in lease- with no response from office after emailing of choking in our unit from neighbors smoke. Cars are broken into due to easy access from main streets. Poorly sealed walls and windows not only allow smells to seep into unit from outside, but also do bugs and rodents. Place is easy to get into, office attendants are kind and professional. Application process is simple. Down-payment is small. Allows smaller leasing agreements for increase in monthly rent. If you have no other options, stay here while looking for something else- that's what we're doing. I'll increase my review to 3-4 stars if my choking situation is resolved.
