Flyer Pointe Apartments

Wouldn’t recommend living here. Neighbors are noisy, anyone can walk in/walk out, consistent car break ins and stolen packages. Sometimes I would wake up with no running water. If you’re going to turn the water off at certain times of the day it would be nice if we could get a heads up:. I’ve said something about multiple times about the Consistent roach issue. Yes they wil come spray your apartment. But the roaches stil come back no matter what. I’ve even took matter in my own hands and bought my own products that were recommended to me. Still seen roaches… and it’s a fly issue. And these tiny black bugs. No fix at all what’s so ever. I consistently complained. No changes were made. Then I moved out before my lease ended with a notice! And they expect me to pay until the remaining term after I was told on the phone if I give a notice I wouldn’t have to pay remaining of the term. Who would pay for a bug infested apartment when the problem was never solved ! Then my first review they told me to contact them my concerns. I did and the problem still didn’t get fixed !

I really like the apartment but they don’t allow pets

do not ever live here if you have to. First week you move in it’s gonna be about 10 bugs popping up EVERYDAY even if you are the cleanest person there are roaches IN THE WALLLS, the roaches cousins are in the wall (these small black bugs , that move just like them) There are holes in your cabinets , under your cabinets, in the bathroom, under the sink PLEASE LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE . and if you do have to stay here PLEASE CHECK BEHIND THE STOVE

This apartment started off great, I paid EXTRA $100 for a renovated apartment and I was very excited to move in during the summer. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill. Early on, I had a terrible fly problem because they were getting in through window cracks and other unsealed areas. Cheap Paint, terrible crack fill ins. The ceiling is cracking in multiple places. A few months later, the situation became even worse when I started dealing with a roach problem. Despite making multiple complaints and seeing Terminix trucks come out several times, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The roaches are still here. It’s extremely disappointing and honestly very unsanitary. Something to be aware of is that the photos shown on Apartments.com appear to be AI-enhanced and don’t accurately reflect what the apartments actually look like in person. Lastly, when it snowed and we got a foot of snow, Towne properties DID NOT plow all lots and when I asked them when was it going to happen because I had work, they couldn’t tell me because they said “it was city of dayton property” , which caused everyone living there to go out and get their own cars unstuck and create a path from the entrance all the way to their parking spots. SMH. Because of the ongoing pest problems, and the lack of care for their tenants. I will not be renewing my lease here.
