I recently moved in and had some outstanding balances with a previous location from years ago. Alison and Beau were so patient and told me all the steps I needed to take. They didnt just turn me away, worked with me through the whole process. Moved in already and its exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!

I have had issue after issue since moving in. I didn’t get a mail key for almost 3 months after multiple emails. I also didn’t have my garage key for a week or so (not the biggest deal but when I moved in, I was hoping to have it immediately for storage- just an inconvenience and frustration when I’m paying extra for an amenity). Someone vomited all over my car in the first 2 weeks upon moving in (this was vile- all over the drivers side door so I crawled into my car through the passenger door). Neighbors are loud; walls are extremely thin (last night I heard two women fighting in the unit across from me- screaming so loud about who did what to who). I’ve had multiple water leaks, sewage from the bathroom ceiling leaking down, bathtub faucet leaks, bathroom sink had to be replaced, kitchen sink has been fixed twice, and the caulk around the kitchen sink is so warped that you have to make sure you know the spots to avoid so water isn’t running down the inside of the cabinet. My biggest frustration of all is that my unit has smelled like cigarette smoke since I moved in. I cannot get the smell out. I was told by the leasing office to order something from Amazon. I bought a few things but nothing takes the smell away. If this was a smoking building or unit, I would understand and would not have chosen this community. But it’s not, and my clothes constantly smell. I have literally never, ever complained or filed a grievance against an apartment complex ever. I’m a flexible person, and my tolerance is high. But this has been issue after issue. Ask more questions than I did or address some of these things if you are considering.

Worthington Ridge is awesome! Beau and Alison are excellent to deal with and made the process super easy! My girlfriend and I were running out of time to find a new place before our lease was up, and they had keys in our hand within a week of touring a unit. My girlfriend and I primarily dealt with Alison and she is super friendly and does an excellent job of listening to what a potential renter is needing. The property itself and the surrounding area are all super nice and very walkable (with or without a dog) Between the property and the people, everything here is great 👍

Have had a great experience with Worthington Ridge! Beau and Alison were extremely helpful throughout the process, and the community has been fantastic during my time so far. Great amenities that are easily accessible for tenants, and the apartments are quiet, clean, and within a friendly community!
