Many students appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, quick maintenance responses, and the overall clean and well-managed property, with some enjoying the community events and convenient location near fast food and the interstate. However, some residents have experienced concerns regarding unexpected move-out charges for things like cleaning and painting, as well as occasional issues with noise, overflowing trash, and car break-ins, especially for certain car brands.

Flock cameras watching you come in and out of the red light. Ones camouflaged right on top of the lamp post when you first pull in, you can't even get to the hotel or other locations nearby without being spied on. I'll make sure to recommend to my friends moving this year, look elsewhere.
