After 6 years, I can say this is the worst landlord I’ve dealt with. Extremely high rent, excessive late fees, terrible maintenance, unanswered calls, and an office that is almost always closed. You pay more every year and get worse service. Save yourself the headache and RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I’ve lived at Tiffany lakes for two years. I don’t regret it one bit. It is very quiet, calm and the neighbors are friendly and considerate. The apartment is quite spacious for a great price. The bedrooms are huge and my master came with a full bathroom as well. They fix requests very quickly once a request is made online. Every summer the pool opens and it’s a fun time with family. It’s not far from shopping centers and visiting other family members. Management truly does help in a time of need and always answers emails with efficiency. The property manager Theresa is incredibly helpful, understanding, considerate, efficient, and problem solving and I appreciate my time with her. Please consider moving here if you are looking!
