I enjoyed the Valentine’s Day event at the clubhouse. I loved arranging my flowers into a bouquet. The ladies in the office are nice & efficient. The maintenance team responds quickly. Thank you for keeping the walkways free of snow & ice. I love my cozy apartment! Thank you!

I just moved into The Woods at Perry Lane and I’ve had a great experience so far! Lexi and Empress made the move in process super smooth. They returned my phone calls the same day and were always super helpful. You can tell that the office staff and maintenance team takes pride in the property. The actual apartment is very peaceful and is perfect for my fur babies. Speaking of, everybody is SUPER animal friendly (Empress even offers pup treats and encourages people to bring their dogs to meet the staff). - not a huge deal and not necessarily the offices fault but setting the WiFi up through AT&T was a little frustrating. It took a week to get a tech out here (the self set up gateway did not work with the outdated device in the apartment). The only reason this was a problem was because the apartment doesn’t have great cell services. I would recommend getting in touch with AT&T before moving in. I wonder if this issue could be solved by them updated all of the network devices in the apartments.

Everyone (maintenance guys, the ladies at the office) here at The Woods at Perry Lane is wonderful, caring and awesome at their jobs!!! Im so glad I chose this place to start my new life.
