If I could give The Sullivan 10/5 stars I would! I have zero complaints since moving in last year. Ronnie is AMAZING! Since joining the community, she has done a great job of hosting community events and giving the residents something to look forward to every month. She has been more than accommodating with any and every issue that I have had (not that there has been many)! She makes living here feel homey & will always stop and have genuine conversations! Harry with the maintenance is also AMAZING! Any problem I have is always fixed within 24 hours and they keep me updated throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend The Sullivan for anyone looking for their next home simply because of Ronnie and Harry!

Everything about this apartment is amazing. Great apartment and great staff that handles issues so easily. Ronnie’s been really helpful she helped me to figure out my parking pass situation. Was able to handle it real quick! Also had an issue with my mail the other day and it was handled within a day!!!!

Excellent experience at The Sullivan so far! Ronnie has been helpful anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Kaitlyn was amazing to work with in the move-in process and always available to answer my questions. I always end up chatting for a while with both of them anytime I see them; they’re both so nice and friendly. Harry has been super efficient, kind, and helpful when I needed maintenance in my apt too! Great team of people and nice place to live.
