The Jacqueline

I have had such a great experience with the Jacqueline! They are super responsive and have guided me on my journey of moving out with such patience and kindness. I truly love my space and feel like I’m getting a bang for my buck! It’s super central to most things, like downtown, Easton mall and OSU and ODU. They also have many community events in coordination with their sister property, which all look super fun and well organized. I highly recommend this complex if you want to feel safe, have a great community and have a great location. I’m new to the complex, and Skyler has gone above and BEYOND to help make this move as painless as possible. Thank you to the Jacqueline team!!

I have lived here several months and can say management/maintenance are very consistent and communicate well! I had a situation with the electricity going out during winter and I was immediately put into a hotel at no cost until the issue was resolved. More recently, my garbage disposal quit working which was causing a leak as well and Elijah came same day to check it out. He got a brand new garbage disposal and installed it in less than 30 minutes. I do wish there were actual things to do at the complex though. Having to drive to the Aubrey for amenities like the gym and lounge or to participate in community functions is kind of a downside but I do appreciate how they still include the residents here. Overall I feel safe with the gated entry/parking, the unit is modern, and it’s adequately priced so I can’t complain!

My niece looked at both The Jacqueline and The Aubrey. She liked them both, but ended up choosing The Aubrey because it’s closer to OSU. We toured The Jacqueline too, and it seemed like a nice, quiet place. Everyone we talked to was friendly and answered our questions.

It’s been great so far! Very fast response for all the maintenance! Skyler and Brandy in leasing office have been so amazing and very helpful.

I've been here a month now. And since the beginning of my journey and process of moving, Everyone has been soooo nice. Skylar, Brandy ya are so patient and I appreciate ya, I mean anything I need done for my place like my curtains rods to be put up, Elijah is the Bomb maintenance man and very kind he put them up for me. he always come right away when I needed something fixed. I love it here. I love how it has a gated parking spot as well , the apartment area is gated as well. My company cant just stop by my door, they have to be let in,🤏🏾🤏🏾I love my apartment. They respond back fast with any questions I have. I really feel safe and comfortable living here 😌
