The Diehl

I recently moved into the Diehl and have had such a great experience so far! Maddie has been amazing from the very beginning. She's always friendly, responsive, and genuinely willing to help with anything you need. The maintenance team is incredible too. I submitted a maintenance request, and someone was at my door within 15 minutes. I was so impressed by how quickly they responded and resolved the issue. The property itself is beautiful, updated, and very well maintained. The common areas are always clean, and I feel very safe living here, which was one of my biggest priorities when apartment hunting. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here. I highly recommend the Diehl to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and well-managed place to live!

This is my first ever place and it’s safe to say I made the right decision! Maddie and the rest of management are awesome! Super accommodating and on top of everything. I can’t wait to be a part of the community :)

I moved into The Diehl in May 2026 and I love it here. I toured three apartments that day and this was the clear winner. The kitchen is excellent and all of the appliances are brand new, so they work beautifully. My apartment feels very spacious with 10’ high ceilings and large windows. While not all units have a balcony, that was the big selling point for me. I love to sit outside, read, drink a beer, and watch the sunset. The fitness room is surprisingly well stocked for an apartment building, with dumbbells up to 75 pounds, rowing machines, stationary bikes, treadmills, and a cable machine with a squat bar attachment. The building is very secure and I really love all of the high-tech features. It’s cool to see who is trying to deliver a package for you right on the app, and then be able to talk to them or let them in. I opted for the garage parking, which is extra, but SO worth it. The spaces are a little tight, but my vehicle isn’t that large. I also love having an assigned space, so I know my parking is always available. There’s also free street parking right outside for guests. I think the only gripe I can come up with is that there wasn’t a built-in shelf in my shower, but that was something a quick purchase on Amazon remedied… So far, I haven’t needed to submit many maintenance requests, but every one of them has been very speedily taken care of. That’s a huge plus for me! What really sets this place apart, for me, are the little details; this place was built to honor the history here and it shows.
