This community offers a vibrant living experience with a prime location close to campus, dining, and entertainment, enhanced by a strong sense of community through regular social events and impressive amenities like a well-equipped gym and inviting outdoor spaces. While the day-to-day living is generally positive with responsive staff and quick maintenance, prospective residents should be aware that parking can be a challenge, with street parking often scarce and garage spots sometimes pricey or with a waitlist.

I recently moved into The Aubrey, and my experience so far has been amazing! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Whenever I put in a maintenance request, they are so quick and efficient in their handling of the task. The building overall is well maintained -- from the gym, to the lounge, to the rooftop! I am looking forward to my time here.

I recently helped my niece move into The Aubrey. There was street parking for visitors, which made moving day easy. The staff was friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions. They made the whole process go smoothly! We were also looking at The Jacqueline but the location of The Aubrey to OSU worked better for her.

EDIT: All of the original points I made about the parking still hold true, but I did want to update my review as many other parts of our experience have been good. Specifically, Skyler and other members of the leasing office have been extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. Maintenance has been timely when needed, and almost every other aspect of our stay has been great. That said, do prepare to spend significantly more per month on parking than you are expecting, as street parking is few and far between and the garage is upwards of $200 per month per spot. ORIGINAL: Be prepared to spend multiple hundreds of dollars extra on parking per month. Despite requiring residents to park in the garage, there are not enough spots for all residents to receive a designated place to park. This requires you to sit on a waitlist and pay hundreds of dollars per week to “rent” a spot from the very same garage. We have been waiting now well into our lease for a single place to park, meaning the $1,400 per month rent that we once thought was a pretty fair deal has now been pushed closer to $1,800 per month. If there was any sort of reliable public transport or overnight street parking, this wouldn’t be too big of an issue, but that is not the case. It also wouldn’t be an issue if the lack of available parking was made clear in any way prior to our move, but, if anything, the lease we signed was willfully misleading in this regard. It’s unfortunate, because every other part of our experience has been relatively good. But yeah, if you’re planning on needing a car to travel anywhere, plan for your monthly payment to be $400-500 more per month than advertised, as the “available parking” is not actually available at all.
