There is a reason why i gave them two stars. First star for the manager he was very helpful even though he wasn’t 💯 honest with us, they used to come place the Ac during summer and take it out on the winter by that they broke the blinds window it wasn’t not us manager knew and he told us i will tell the office it’s not u guys but he didn’t and they took $60 of our deposit for something we didn’t do. Second start fot the price it’s pretty low than others. But, Our main reason we moved is bugs they don’t really treat them as they should, we had bugs in our apartment and it took them over 5 months of treatment even though i can still see bugs, it felt like they wanted us to be out so they didn’t treat the issue very well. Still, this was my first apartment to rent i would've give them more stars if they were honest with us and not charge us for something they actually broke it.

Spent 2 years at Riverview Plaza. Very safe location. Close to hospitals and OSU campus. Jim (maintenance) always took care of any issues inside my apartment. Lance (manager) was the best, always working and making sure Riverview Plaza was a good place to live. Riverview Plaza are the BEST APARTMENTS on Riverview Drive.

Lived here for abt 3 yrs. I like the place quit nice and affordable. Wide parking I love the neighborhood. Management quick to respond for maintenance issues. Small rooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen r small. not recommended for families but it would be great for singles and students. Reason i gave it one star is bc it was infected by cockroaches. Treated by pest control twice and just been better for abt 2 or 3 weeks. It’s been 3 yrs now and they might already got rid of them. And they r quick to send eviction letter and then a bill to ur new apartment.
