Many residents appreciate the helpful and responsive maintenance team, often praising their quick service and friendly demeanor, contributing to a generally peaceful and family-oriented living environment. However, some experience issues with apartment readiness upon move-in, including cleanliness and pest concerns, and there are occasional reports of slow responses to more complex maintenance requests like drainage or air conditioning problems.

Do yourself a favor and don’t move here. Anytime I have any issues I get lip right back from the main property owner, Michael. He lacks customer service skills and needs to find a different line of work. I needed to return my stove and fridge to rent a center bc their other property was nice infested and I been paranoid since so that’s why I got my own fridge and stove. But apparently it’s my fault and my problem bc I wanted my own appliances for my health and safety. I’m moving out because I am done being mistreated

Lots and lots.. of flooding after the slightest bit of rain.. they can’t maintain maintenance on the drains. they don’t care the slightest if your AC goes out in this hot summer heat and will leave you in it for weeks on end before sending someone.. Please go live elsewhere
