Tour only. Owen is the man. He was very helpful, positive, and knowledgeable. Very good. 3 stars only because I didn’t move in yet and don’t want to mislead people interested in renting like myself.

They pride themselves as being "polaris' first/best smart community" but there are no smart locks, AC units, or any such smart technology. They do have two Tesla chargers though. They seem to have gone though a management change this year and the new staff is not up to the standard the last staff left. For instance, I tried to get some maintenance done on my tub as it was cracking. I put in the report in March and still have yet to get any response from them until August. They took pictures and will get back to me they said. Ive lived here for 18 months without missing a months rent. This month I've asked them about their late rent policy and the manager assured me that I have until the 5th to pay, which at that time they will place a standard 3 day eviction letter on my door and will have until the 8th until I will be evicted. 30 minutes after the phone call they placed that letter on my door THAT day, not the 5th of the month. The facilities are no better unfortunately. The pool this year has bugs, leafs and other detritus floating around every time we have tried to go. The gym is supposed to be stocked with towels and water but that isnt the case most of the time. Packages here go missing quite often as well. We have a message board on their app and it has such posts every other month. There are trains tracks that carry very large and heavy trains about 3 times a day about 50 feet behind us. This causes our apartment to vibrate and wake us up a few times a week. Please do not get an apartment im the back side of the complex! Please take this into consideration whem choosing Oak Creek under the new Champion management. We would love to stay here for a third lease but under these conditions its just not the same community when we first arrived.
