the leasing lady named Taylor always made me feel uncomfortable when talking to her like if I was annoying her with my questions she never really answered my question or concerns clearly her body language and the way she would speak to me were always off putting. hated the fact that she was the only one I could talk to about any issues about the apartment. also remember to double check your garages when closing them I got some items stolen from my apartment so beware of theifs. The a/c also sucks in these apartments probably bc they’re old and it wasn’t just mine bc other neighbors complained about it too it gets super hot in the summer. One time in the winter the heating completely stopped working in the middle of the night we froze our butts off that night ! The only good side about these apartments are The inside are very spacious and you have an attached garage but it’s not worth it to live here in my opinion.

Favorite apartment ever! Staff is wonderful. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly and neighbors have all been great. Definitely recommend!

love this place! they pay attention to detail and keep things immaculate. I looked around columbus and most properties neglect little things that add up.

Lived here for 2 years and moved out because of a job relocation across the country. I’ve rented for a while and this was by far the best experience I’ve had living here. The whole community is super clean. Everything is kept well and clean. During the winter never had an issue with the salt, I’m not sure what other reviewers were talking about. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. I never really heard them, except when they were right out my window which was rare. But I couldn’t even hear the people in the same building as me. Amenities were great. Pool was always well kept, thought would’ve loved it if they put in a hot tub. Gym was fine. Theater room was used a lot by me and friends, and I took advantage of the community area as well. As for the apartment, everything was great. Lived on a second floor and literally saw maybe a handful of bugs the entire time, usually only when I left my patio door open, but that was it. They sprayed every few months in the apartment. Maintenance was great, they’d sometimes take a few days to get to my request but never an unreasonable amount of time. If they ever took long, it was typically because they were dealing with the same thing with all the other units and slowly making their way over to me. Management was great. They were always fair and communicative. I never gotten rudeness from them. After having some bad renting experience, marble cliff was a breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend it. Definitely an apartment I will miss a ton.
