This community offers a great living experience with spacious, modern apartments, often featuring in-unit washers and dryers, walk-in closets, and private bathrooms. Residents frequently praise the friendly and responsive staff, quick maintenance, and a lively social atmosphere with various events and access to excellent off-site amenities like a gym and pool. However, some residents have noted high utility costs, particularly for electricity, and occasional issues with sound insulation, especially for units near the train tracks.

I have lived here for a little under two years and can confidently say I’ve enjoyed my experience at Madison Park. The maintenance team is on top of things and are always helpful and quick to respond. Marina and Gianna in the leasing office were especially helpful when I was considering my options with lease transfers. Having access to the Taylor House amenities is also a great pro!

I didn’t end up moving in as I’m looking to live a little closer to the Dublin area, but I had a wonderful experience with Marina and her team! She is kind and professional and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to live in UA!!

Gianna is wonderful. She's warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to get to know you. I would highly recommend Madison Park!
