This place is gorgeous and the units are beautiful, but I would only recommend this place IF and ONLY if you live on the top floor. In fact, if I could, I’d give this place a zero because this place must have been made out of sticks as the noise from the upstairs neighbors is unbearable, and even after submitting multiple complaints the response is always the same from the front office. They can’t pinpoint where the noise is coming from even though I have informed them of when and where multiple times with specific details, and honestly I don’t think it’s my job to continue to do that for another 10 months without resolve. They instead take the word of the resident who states it isn’t them. Then who else could be STOMPING on my ceiling? Make it make sense, and do you think anyone ever came over to my apartment to see what I am talking about…NO they haven’t.If I could get out of this lease without financial penalty I would. Save your money and a miserable year of your life!

5 Stars to the maintenance team. Had consistent issues with my washer/dryer and every time it came back up the team was prompt to fix it, ended up getting me a new unit. Gabe and Spencer have helped with other issues as they came up quickly as well. Great team!

The only reason this place is running is bcs of Spencer n Gave. They need a raise.

Best place I’ve lived in Columbus in the last 3 years when it comes to the floor plan. Spacious bedrooms, good bathroom and closet space. A+ there. However, the unit that I moved into had a stench leftover from the previous renters that literally never went away. It must’ve been in the walls and/or carpets because those are the only two things we didn’t deep-clean ourselves when we moved in. We also drew a short stick and was stuck with incredibly noisy upstairs neighbors who stomped all times of the night and morning. Complaints were submitted, but no improvements came from them. The pool, cabana, and movie theatre amenities are nice and easy to access. The gym is also very nice compared to most places, offering plates for the smith machine squat rack, a cable machine, dumbbells up to 50 lbs, and other various machines. I loved the location. Easy to get to 315 and 71 and plenty of stores and shops within a 10-minute drive. This would’ve been a 4* place but the lack of a domestic violence clause in the leasing agreement dropped it down for me. That’s a personal issue but still once that impacted my stay here.
