Liberty Place

My experience so far as a resident has been so very positive that it could take me awhile to make sure I document the whole experience. 1. Yes it’s true, we have a pool! (I moved in October of last year, so this season will be my first) 2. It’s sits on the walking trail between Bicentennial and Scioto Audubon Parks, Topiary Park, and Battelle Riverfront Park! It technically sits in the brewery district, with the only 80s bar in Columbus and the only live musical dinner theater in Columbus at the end of our block! 3. Gated parking 4. Parking garage 5. Full-sized washer and dryer included in every unit! 6. The best snow removal in the city! 7. Most beautiful sunset views. 8. Crown molding and custom trim plant shelves, bookcase shelves and giant closets. 9. Allows pets! 10. Ten foot ceilings and a giant bathtub! I had a great experience with the front office team! Angela and Leo . They went above and beyond to help me find my cellphone when I lost it, and I’m so grateful for their kindness and patience. They are always so helpful, friendly, and willing to assist with anything. Truly amazing customer service—thank you so much!

Solid apartments. Work orders get done fairly fast, but that doesn’t mean this place doesn’t have its major issues. For one, no one cleans up after their dogs outside, so you’ll often see dog poop just lying there. Parking is absolutely absurd if you live at the one closest to Shadowbox on the right side. I can count the number of parking spots on my fingers, and if there isn’t any available, get ready to PAY to park on the side of the road or in the parking garage, where there are literally cars that have been in the SAME spot for months—you can see the dust on them too. Management needs to tow these cars that aren’t being used and are hoarding parking spots.

As a room mate speaking for myself and my partner. My experience at Liberty Place Luxurious Apartments has been nothing short of excellent thus far and i am only writing this to help others. From the great tour, the welcoming warm very clean apartment beautiful all around zero complaints, staff, location, presentation, greetings, tenants..i could go on but i must overall thank the 3 Maintenance guys because there have been tons of work orders between my siblings,friends, associates and myself, yet we all were taken care of in a timely fashion. This new crew rocks and they come the same day majority of the time unless probably tending to the other close to 300+ occupants, they handle all of our requests along with questions to assure we are content with no more issues before exiting & they are always very respectful & professional, the best prompt expeditious maintenance i have received since owning my own business & the last ones could not could not compare respectfully so i want to inform all that this place does treat you like they care by being on top of things and communicating & they actually took tenants thoughts feelings and opinions into consideration and changed things majorly & the new property manager is awesome from what i have heard but have yet to meet simply because i never have a issue that needs presented to her honestly because her workers get it done which is actually uncommon in this city where she seemingly along with her employees have been the engine behind this machine & these young men have been the muscle since the old manager has departed which i see change almost daily so i highly commend her for her work and keeping the employees that she has, unlike the last few coming & going for various unknown reasons & if i were still a owner i would be extremely proud and gracious of this group specifically, this is what builds success & financial ascension coming from a owner. although no one entity is perfect liberty lately has been one of if not the closest out of 7 states i have lived in so i graciously give 5 stars, a great thank you and recommend anyone looking for new living arrangements to check out liberty place apartments & they actually have been having nice specials so you may thank me later.
