The application process took longer than expected, but the apartment was in very good condition. My dryer is not blowing hot air on move in, but all the other appliances work fine. Overall, I am happy with my apartment. Update: After living here 8 months, I'm ready to move. Both 'security' doors are broken on my building and any and everybody cuts through like it's an alley. Kids play in the 1st floor hallway. New management took over with no notice and I dont have much hope for improvement. Can't wait for the lease to be up.

I’ve been calling them everyday for almost 4 or 5 months after being NUMBER 1 on the waiting list! They don’t answer ever. They’ve answered once and wasn’t genuinely trying to help. The girl sounded bothered like she didn’t wanna be at work sitting down in an office doing nothing. I can’t wait to find the manager. But ima just go up there so I can get names and faces.

I would give a 5 star but when u got neighbors above u that don't respect the QUIET time after 10 and all the wanna do is bump all the time sounds like they up there fighting and then when u go to ask them to quiet down they don't wanna answer the door and then start bumping again even louder and then u tell the rental office they stop for a few then start back bumping...it's a damn headache with disrespectful neighbors

I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Joi and her team. They were very welcoming and felt trustworthy. I love the environment surrounding the area during the showing, and the layout is awesome. I will have to update a little bit after we move in, but honestly one of the cleanest and comfortable places I have visited over 2 months.
