Not recommended! I'm leaving this review to help people not make the same mistake. I lived here for quite a while just because of the affordability and closeness to campus. However, I had multiple occasions in which there was either the toilet leaking, no functional washer available, sealing leaking or smoke detector battery out that was very poorly managed. I had to move out because they refused to change the fire detector battery and it kept beeping for 5 months. The toilet leaking was always maintained/fixed by glue that left the floor damaged, and smelly. Once I moved out they also did not compensate for any of the above mentioned maintenance and management issues and still charged me even more than the deposit.

A surprisingly quiet area for the nearby shopping and restaurants that Grandview offers. Definitely affordable for the area, and I haven't had any complaints about my time here thus far.

3 weeks process of ceiling repair. Maintenance really did a great job.
