Kenyon Square Apartments

I had the pleasure of touring Kenyon Square earlier this week with Hanna Ivy, and was extremely impressed! The R one bedroom apartment is beautifully designed. Hanna was so enthusiastic about her experiences living there that she overcame my initial reluctance and I applied that same day!

Specifically, I wanted to give Hanna (Ivy) 5 stars! She is by far the sweetest and most helpful Leasing Consultant that I have met living in apartments my whole life. She was great about fully explaining pricing, layouts, and giving us all the options that would work for us. Transparency is super helpful when deciding on your next place to live!! I cannot recommend her enough, she is the best! Thank you again! - Sophia & Christian

I’ve had a great tour experience at Kenyon Square Apartments. The community is welcoming, the property is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels comfortable and peaceful. Management has been responsive and helpful whenever needed, which really makes a difference. I would be more than happy to be able to call KS apartments my home:)

I don’t recommend living here for any reason! I’m only giving 1 star because I have to give at least one. At our tour, everything looked beautiful! We were so excited to move in, but we quickly realized how awful our decision truly was. The apartment we moved into looked NOTHING like the one we were shown… the finishes were nicer in the model and it’s maintained much better than the other apartments. People leave trash EVERYWHERE. Behind doors, in common spaces, in hallways. Sometimes it’s cups and wrappers, sometimes it’s full trash bags or dog poop in bags. The stairwell near our apartment had literal urine on a landing that just dries there and still hasn’t been cleaned up. The elevators are ALWAYS down and the blame is always pushed off on the elevator company. There has to be something causing them to go down. One of the elevators has only worked a total of maybe a month in the last year I’ve lived there. Trash piles up at the compactor until you can barely walk on the sidewalk to it and trash just bakes in the sun for days. Even though we don’t smoke, our apartment always smells like weed due to the people around us. When we call maintenance for any issues, they blame the construction of the building. Even when I called because the glass kept falling out of my oven door. They do not care how loud the people around you are. They can stomp, jump, drop furniture, whatever they want at all hours of the day and night and they’ll just tell you to call CPD if it’s disturbing you. The last year has been pretty miserable. Do your research before moving in! Pictures added for proof.
