This rating is directed purely towards the maintenance department. I'm sure it is tough to find a dedicated and responsive maintenance team with all the apartment complexes around, however Kyle and his maintenance team are incredibly quick to respond and resolve any issue. Recently he came out on labor day to help get my AC back up and running. Big appreciation to him and his team and theyre doing a phenomenal job.

I’ve been at Kendall Park for about a year now and my biggest takeaway is how amazing the maintenance team is! Every time I have put in a maintenance request, Kyle is there with a solution no more than 5 minutes later. They are quick, efficient, and always so friendly. Can’t emphasize enough how great they are!

While the property has had its share of issues, I have to give a huge shout-out to Kyle and the maintenance team. Every time I’ve had a problem, they’ve responded incredibly quickly. They replaced my refrigerator without any hassle and have always been prompt and professional whenever something needed to be repaired. Kyle is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. His communication is excellent, and he always follows up to make sure everything is taken care of. Great maintenance staff can make a big difference, and Kyle and his team definitely do. Thank you for all your hard work!

The best place !!!!

What irritated me was maintenance guy decided to come into my unit one early morning without advance notice, without waiting for me to open the door for him, just to look for his missing equipment like it’s his house. Ridiculous. Never have I ever experienced anywhere where front desk/maintenance people would just get into someone’s unit like it’s their property. Can’t you respect some privacy here???? Further action will be taken if this happens again.
