My initial review was 5 stars when I first moved in stemming from the wonderful assistance my mother and I got from Ty with the application process. My mother is 80 and lives in Cleveland and is not computer savvy. Ty did a wonderful job of navigating her through the online process that made it less stressful for her. At first this complex was great. The grounds were kept, trash was picked up timely, and they had someone that would ride round frequently on this little golf cart and check that the outside stayed together. Unfortunately that has NOT continued. For months, starting back during the summer, you would see less and less of the groundsman. People are letting their young kids take trash to the dumpster who can't lift it to put it in there resulting in them leaving the trash on the ground. Someone leaving their mattress just on the ground and no one picking it up. During the winter no one salted the walkways resulting in me falling and hurting my knee. For months there wasn't but one maintenance man so fixing things took a long time. When my elderly neighbor moved the pipe to the washer was dripping which resulted in her apartment flooding and water flowing into my living room flooding it. I was left without a working refrigerator for 3 or 4 days so my food went bad and it wasn't until my mother had to call and threaten to take them to court that they finally brought a refrigerator which was very stressful for me because I have a teenager in the home (under 18). Not to mention we both have medicine we have to take because of major health issues (CKD stage 3b, type 2 diabetes, chronic pain, to name a few for me and CKD stage 2 for my daughter) as well as mental health issues for us both of which we take numerous medication for that require eating before taking them. That also require frequent trips to the doctor and an ambulance being called a few times. So, as a mother I had to send my daughter to someone else's house to eat and I had to go a couple days without eating myself. Due to mine and my daughter's extreme anxiety and depression it was overwhelming for us both. Shawna, was very lax in taking care of this issue stating after 4 days, "we'll try to get a refrigerator in there as soon as we can." She made the delay everyone else the reason for it except her. I very rarely call the office because the few times I finally broke down and called some of the people are rude and talk to you very disrespectful....Tara to be exact! So, as a result I don't call and the issues I do have in my apartment I just deal with. I've been told to go through the portal and I've also made it known that, for some reason, I am unable to get in the portal and have had NO Assistance helping to rectify the issue. My daughter set up the online account in the beginning because I couldn't set it up with my email address for some reason but of course it's been over a year and she can't remember the password or anything to get in it. On a positive note the people In our little circle are WONDERFUL!! These neighbors are the best. The kids play together, the adults communicate frequently, and we all look out for each other and we watch over the kids. In all my years of living on my own this community of people are the best hands down. It's funny how management can respond to my "initial " 5 star review but completely ignore the edited negative review. Maybe because everything I said they couldn't respond and say I was lying about 🤣🤣 what a bunch of BS!! I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!! It has definitely gone down terribly since I first moved in!!

I’m moving here very soon and Ms Alwais and Ms Shawna we’re so helpful and welcoming they answered all of my questions are very nice and professional I can’t wait to move in my new home.

Before moving to janet circle i lived on the property where my granddaughter cannot go outside and play i really enjoyed living on the property because of the the the management has not have does not have a lot of maintenance birthday end up in minutes to get the job done and accommodate every attendant. And the staff is very professional that is the most greatest part of living here the staff is very warm and very professional and it's always very very helpful.

The apartment is actually nice...flooring, appliances, cabinetry, carpet, room sizes, parking, surrounding area. Some upgrade repairs are necessary. Storage area not as expected.
