This community offers a generally positive living experience, with many residents appreciating the good value for money, quiet and safe neighborhood, and responsive maintenance team, especially highlighting the helpfulness of specific staff members. However, some students have reported issues with communication from the management, particularly regarding initial inquiries and follow-ups, and there are occasional concerns about the condition of some units upon move-in, visitor parking availability, and the single trash compactor for the entire property.

These guys are HORRIBLE at answering the phone and replying to emails (edit: they’ve improved on this around 2025). Why are you so bad at returning phone calls and emails? I’m TRYING to give you guys money, and you can’t even perform one of the most basic functions of your own businesses. Whoever is in charge of this leasing office needs to get it together. I had a friend who lived here previously, and he told me that the people in the office barely even read emails. When he went to the office in person and told someone he’s been emailing them, the lady at the office basically proved that she hadn’t even been reading emails. What the heck is wrong with you guys? THIS IS A PROBLEM! Edit: Updating review from 1 star to 4 stars. After finally moving in, my partner and I both really like this apartment. My advice if you're trying to move into this place is not to call the Heritage Glen number because they SUCK at answering. Instead, call the number for Spring Property Management. That's the only way we were able to get the ball moving forward when it came to moving in. The apartment is quite nice, and the price is good. We have a nice AC system, an alarm system, a nice patio, a nice, small backyard, and a a pretty good amount of space for what we're paying. The complaints about them being bad with contacting you and following up are 110% true. I've experienced it myself, and so have other people who I know have lived here. As for the dumpster situation, it's not that bad. The dumpster is like a 30 second drive from my apartment. I just put the trash in the car and drive down. It's not the most convenient, but I don't think it's as bad as the other people are making it out to be. Update for April 2022: I will be renewing my lease for a third year. I like it here, and the prices are good. Maintenance comes by quickly when you need it. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Keeping my 4/5 review. 2026 update: Keeping 4/5 review. Maintenance comes by at a decent speed, but they often “patch” the problems instead of actually fixing it. And I deduce it’s because management is cheaping out on supplies. Get what ya pay for I suppose.

Soooo disappointed with this place. I put down a holding fee for one of the non-renovated townhouses and did a walk through the day before scheduled move in…. Just for it to look like this. Baseboards coming off the walls, door sills falling off, rusted door, glass in the bottom of the dishwasher, water damage under both sinks, cracked closet door with screws falling out, chipped countertops, stuff on the walls and cabinets, and just all around filthy. Was told to move in and put in work orders for everything to get fixed the following week. -10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Be careful and ALWAYS tour your exact unit before you sign a lease!

I’ve been here a year, and recently re-signed for another year. The office staff are great. Maintenance is very responsive. I love my apartment and the layout. The neighbors I have are nice. I seldom hear anything from any of the apartments around me. Only complaint is parking, specifically visitor parking. I’m not sure about the rest of the complex, but by my apartment, the visitor spots are always taken every night by the same vehicles. Sometimes, when visitor spots are full, which is nightly, these same cars, or legit visitors, park in regular spots. I mentioned something to the office, and was told visitor spots are first come, first served, which I totally understand. But, these aren’t visitors taking up the visitor spots near me. Memorial Day Weekend, it was so bad, I had to park in front of a different building all weekend. My son came to visit, he had to park near the office, and I had to drive my car up there to get his belongings unloaded, and back to my place. Said something to the office again, and an email was sent out. Nothing has changed. If it wasn’t for the visitor parking situation, this would have been 5 stars.

management closes pool with no notice. Not even a sign on the door. I asked if they could send an email and they said no. The pool was closed yesterday because it need vacuumed. Even my grandson asked why they didn't vacuum it before it opened.
