Susan is the best landlord/Manager Ive ever known. But beware of the blonde lady boss who is only there sometimes. She is scary rude and mean! Huge shout out to Susan for always doing her job and looking out for all of us tenants. Thank you for all you do!!!!!! My special needs son lives in french quarter and I live in woodcroft. Both properties are so well maintained since she started here. I recommend anyone looking for stable long term renting to come check them out! But if Susan isnt managing maybe just turn around though. The only request we all really have is BRING BACK THE SWIMMING POOLS PLEASE and get the mean lady to stop coming to the office. Dont know who she is but she is super unkind and pushy. Always ask for Susan 1st.

These people don’t even deserve one star I have been trying to call and I have been leaving voicemail messages for the past two days not a single call back and every time you call it just rings and then the voicemail is not set up what kind of apartment place is this? 😂😂😂. All I am trying to do is try to rent an apartment, but if no one picks up the phone, how are you supposed to even find out information?

Nothing ever works, there's bugs everywhere, and if you try to get your deposit bsck they try to pile on bullshit fees
