Best apartments to live in Westerville! The staff is great from the office girls to maintenance guys. Scotty is alway super friendly and helpful and keeps the pool clean and safe. Love living here!!

I lived at Fairway Lakes Apartments from Fall 2023-Summer 2026. Over the years, these apartments have went downhill with constantly changing office staff and Maintenace. Good luck actually getting to talk to a real person when calling in (they switched to an AI system a few years back). I turned my keys in a week ago, but I still have not heard anything about my security deposit. I really try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I have become so fed up. The extra fees added on every month, the dog poop stations not being cleaned for months, the pool having teenagers that make it miserable to be around (there used to be wristbands for residents but they completely stopped doing that), my AC being out for the hottest part of the summer (did not come to fix it quick at all). The list could go on and I’m willing to speak to someone from the office if they want to return my phonecalls. I want to make it clear that I used to LOVE living here and the only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because it is genuinely so beautiful and a great location. Make sure you read all of the reviews before moving here. I really hope they turn this around, it is very unfortunate that somewhere I used to love to call home turned this way. UPDATE: The office has not returned my phonecalls and no security deposit has been given back. They were quick to make sure I paid my final move out fees though. Very disappointed in the level of unprofessionalism from the office staff. The management group better get things under control.

The apartments themselves are fine and I had no problem with them but the situation with the office is a nightmare! Calling them just sends you to an AI bot,and then outsourced labor that will never get your message to the actual office. The office did not get my message for my move out notice,and charged me a fee even though I left a message with this outsourced service AND an email! I am still waiting on my security deposit back as when I turned in my keys they did not record my change in address,and didn't document I turned my keys in! They had to call me to see if I moved out two weeks after I turned in my keys. The management or corporation that owns the property needs to get rid of the AI bot,its infuriating and makes the complex seem cheap and disorganized! Again,the apartments were fine but please just use real people,and hold them accountable! Only complaint I had for the complex itself was the constant lawn care noise from the golf course. I lived here for 2 1/2 years.

I’m gonna put 5 stars so it shows up on the top THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE Do not come here The first year here was fine, my second year here was horrible. I moved in 2 years ago around November before there was fraud going on. Ever since they got a new office and new portal it’s been so many discrepancies and NO one I mean NO one knows what they’re doing in that office . Every month I have to go in to talk about maintenance issues, and rent issues because they raised my rent from 1199 to 1475!!! And I never resigned the lease for that only for an 80 increase. And then they said that was the last staffs fault even though the lease actually never got put in and they knew I only signed for 80 and then re out it in as 1475 for a one bed one bath apartment ? It totaled out to be 1700 a month and more. I paid in good faith after the office property said they’d fix these discrepancies and then never did, and then people quit and none of my emails got forwarded. I never have paid late and the last two months I’ve had black mold under my cabinets from a simple leak under my bathroom sink that never got fixed and ruined thousands of dollars of products. When I went in 2 weeks before rent was do and emailed and called and left voicemails I was assured that I wouldn’t get a late fee at my door considering I’ve never been late a day here for rent. I didn’t want to pay until I knew some of my water and sewage was lowered since the amount was insane. Then rent is due and I’m still going in there fast forward to today and they gave me 4 late fees that they said nobody in the office could waive, gave me An escrow card with only an email no number, and then said all my voicemails didn’t go to them and that their was no number. This was Morgan the PROPERTY manger that I was waiting forever to speak to . You would’ve thought they would’ve waived the late fees and just let me pay the normal rent amount because ironically tehy got someone to fix the sink the same day I had to pay 2400 for one month of rent, over their miscommunications and the tenants have to pay. All the neighbors are moving out. If you are okay with paying random charges and increases and then the office never caring and the maintenance being only worked on when you get filed for eviction and have to pay the fee or them not even knowing you even lived here in the first place after going in every month then this is the place for you

Very confusing and disappointing experience dealing with this place. I am in the middle of relocating to Ohio from out of state. Managed to locate this place and thought it would be a good fit for me and my family. I applied for a very large fee of $320. I gave it a few days and long story short after 3 weeks I have not been to reach the office or actually talk to anyone who works on location. The call is redirected to an outside call center that they say will leave a message. Multiple emails, calls, and nothing. Finally after nearly a month I get an email saying I need to sign the leave and have utilities set up before move in and I need insurance or they will charge their own renters insurance. Mind you this is 2 days before move in with no communication. In fact I have yet to even get a call or email that I was approved and yet I have to sign a lease? The move in date is on a Saturday and yet I’m supposed to have everything set up in one day on a Friday? No call or communication on picking up keys? Touring the unit? Overall an absolutely unprofessional job and I have passed on the apartment. I hope my $320 is worth all the paperwork. I advise against this location and would promote finding somewhere that can actually communicate to prospective tenants.
