Eden at Bexley Crossing

Me and my boyfriend were promised the model unit, then a couple weeks before moving we were told we actually weren’t getting it. Now we are stuck with something we don’t want. We submitted our move in checklist when we moved here 3 months ago and nothing has been done. There is paint splotches on the floor, 3 latches on our bathroom door so it’s extremely difficult to close. The drawers in the kitchen are hard to open and one of the handles ripped off. One of the drawers actually came without a handle. There are so many more things that haven’t been addressed. For the first time ever in my life we have seen a few roaches in here. My boyfriend’s car was broken into for the first time living here. Someone punched my car and left a dent on it here. We take our dog out on a leash and have had 3 or more times an off leash dog ran up to him when he isn’t friendly. The apartment states it’s a rule to have your dog on a leash and people don’t follow it, I see dogs running around off leash all the time. I have gotten notifications from the app citizen of apartment break ins. Currently our ac is set the lowest it can go which is about 50 and it says it’s 80 degrees in here. I do not recommend this place to anyone

Just had my car ransacked, While I was off getting married 6/4 came home to a pool of water in my basement which destroyed my area rug. I Immediately contacted maintenance and the response wasn’t to bad. Came in and wet vacuum after I had to go purchase as well as a new area rug. Guess what? Today 6/15 I have another pool after being told the link from window repaired and my new rug soaked. I’m pist!
