I have been living here for about a year and I'm leaving this review because I think other people should be informed on how good maintenance and management have been. Responses to issues are prompt and I have had no glaring issues during my time here - everything is fixed as soon as possible. Additionally, the gym in the new units next door is an incredible value add. The only thing you should be aware of is that there is certainly some noise from vehicles due to proximity to the highway and a well-traveled main road, but not to the extent that your sleep would be consistently disrupted. All in all, I easily recommend these apartments to others.

**EDITED Crossline has provided us a great living experience for the past two years. Maintenance is quick (same day most times!), staff is extremely responsive and friendly, and we appreciate the care that goes into running this facility. In terms of staff, Aubrey will work to resolve any concerns promptly. She is kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help! Another nice part about living here is the 24 hour emergency maintenance. Having someone responsive on-site at all times makes us feel comfortable and safe in case an emergency were to arise. I would definitely recommend Crossline to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced apartment who takes their residents seriously and cares about our experiences.

I had such a great experience working with Emma. She was incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely cared about making my time at Crossline comfortable. You can tell she truly loves what she does and goes above and beyond for residents. This community is lucky to have her! She’s really the best ever!

The leasing office staff is always friendly and helpful! The staff host community events! My unit is modern with a spacious patio! I have lived here for almost a year and a half. We have a large parking garage and access to street parking. I’m at the pool regularly. I sip on lattes from the coffee machine in the lobby! My cats love the space as well!
