Jam was extremely helpful with a service request I had in my unit. He was quick, effective, and very friendly along the way. I was extremely happy and appreciative that he was able to respond to my issue quickly - which I couldn’t have fixed without him.

Maintenance does not follow up after repair requests are looked into. I have had 3 water leaks coming from the ceiling in the bedroom over the last 3 months. I reported the lead 3 times. Only 1 did a maintenance person come to the apartment to inspect it. There is no active follow-up by Caldera House or Amber. I have called Amber several times which I am always informed she is in a meeting. I leave my number and I have never received a call back. I did receive a scripted email saying my request was being looked into.

The on-site maintenance technician Jam was amazing. He not only fixed an AC issue I had within a day but also helped me with a mail room issue I had, completely unrelated to my maintenance request. Stellar resident service.
