Bexley Village

I have lived here for the past two years and have seen the price for the apartments continue to increase without any changes or improvements to the property. The location of the apartments is not the safest. There is a lot of homeless and open drug use that goes on nearby. I never felt fully safe living here. The property is always littered with trash, food, and dog poop. The apartments are an old build with not a lot of room and extremely squeaky floors. The bathrooms are also unbelievably small. So if you’re a tall or bigger person, this wouldn’t be for you. The bugs are also an issue. The apartments doors are properly sealed so cold/hot air and bugs are always getting through. The area we lived had a light pole that never worked for the entire 2 years. We asked multiple times to have it fixed because of how scary and dark it would get, but nothing was ever done. This was a good first apartment for us but if they were asking us to pay the price they are asking now, there is noooo way I would live here (we payed $900 in 2022). You can get a cheaper apartment in a better area of Columbus with way better amenities. The only good thing about this apartment was the bike path and dog park, but there were moments where I felt unsafe walking in that back area. Oh and there is always young children running around screaming with no parental supervision. Please do your research and find a better place than this!!! The current asking price of 1,400-1,600 is an absolute SCAM.

Kathy Kuhar is amazing!! My tour was perfect and I will be moving in this week! This place is a gorgeous little island in bexley, super unique layout of units, big beautiful windows in each unit, I'm obsessed! Amazing price for how nice these units are. Very excited to call this place my home. Update: Been 2 months here, still obsessed. The maintenance man has an amazing turn-around time, I'm talking if you submit a request at 2am he will be there at 8am with all of your solutions. I've only had one issue with the apartment and it was completely fixed within 3 days of submitting a request. The parking is great, the dumpsters are never too full, I love it.

Great place but not affordable anymore. The prices for their 1-2 bedrooms are ridiculous. These apartments are a bit nicer compared to most simple/reasonable apartment complexes, but they’re still simple and not worth more than $700-$860 for their units. Utilities are NOT included in rent, so that’s extra money your spending each month on top of their unreasonable rent prices. Appliances are definitely cheap so think about that before renting. You can definitely hear upstairs neighbors footsteps which is also tacky and cheap on the builders part. The landscaping and neighborhood is nice. I think they’re trying to attract more students and roommates since it’s next to a camps, but that messes things up for regular renters or anyone who’s trying to live an affordable lifestyle.

It’s just been going downhill for a few years. They can’t keep the same landlord in office for more than a year or two it seems. Construction is ALWAYS going on. The tiles and carpet never get renewed until after you move and it’s gross. Most of the nice pictures are from the main office. It seems like they only put money into the landlords office all the time. Like please do what’s best for your tenants. And stop raising rent every year. So much crime here as well. The only reason why I’m now posting this is because there were over 8 cop cars lined up here today and were hiding behind cars with their weapons out. Some were running behind the apartments. A few years ago a guy was tripping on acid and jumped out the third story window. Bad place to live. Smh

Bexley Village is a very nice place to live. From the very start, the property manager Andrea made everything easier for me. The staff here addresses everything super quickly- and in a friendly professional manner. I have become part of the whole community of tenants, management and staff. Mark tries to do everything in his power to take care of service calls quickly, and when he says that he appreciates us, the community/ tenants- his actions prove it. The feeling is more happy family here than i ever expected. I am grateful that I moved here, to be close to my kids, as well as the surrounding areas. If i have to live in columbus area, i truly VERY HAPPILY choose where I am at Bexley Village. If you are considering trying to live here, my own personal experience has been 5-star across the board.
