University East Apartments

Came here for a tour. Luq the manager was very helpful. Their apartment looks more spacious than its size (good layout!) and comes with nice appliances. Heating is by a boiler system, and cooling is through window AC units. The laundry room is shared. They have a bike storage, which is ideal for college students in the area. However, parking on the property is open, uncovered, and limited (first-come, first-served). There are nearby garages within walking distance. Overall, the apartment looks clean and well-kept. The common area is small, and there's no gym if you care about that. The location is convenient for college students and hospital staff, with many shops right on the street.

I had the best experience living here in 2020-2022 while studying at Case Western Reserve University. Very spacious and well equipped apartments with lots of storage spaces. Great location with lots of facilities, restaurants, & cafes. And so many things to do around - walking distance to Wade Lagoon, CMA, botanical gardens, Orchestra, Little Italy, and a short ride to Downtown, Westside market, Edgewater Park. The staff was extremely helpful during my time there. I really miss this place & wish I could stay there forever. From the recent pictures, it looks like it has undergone renovation and it looks even more beautiful than it already was. Hence, not posting pictures of my apartment because it might be outdated but, posting (many) pictures of the amazing view I had from my apartment - stunning sunsets and a memory of Christmas'21. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in University Circle area.
