so happy i moved here. Great location, right by hw access.. highly recommend. Neighbor lent me her vape charger once. Lady that showed me the unit sold me on it. good peoples

The townhouses are soo nice! stayed here for a year and loved my own garage. Best part is all of the amazing restaurants within eyesight - tripi, goldies, proof, cents, the judith and duck rabbit

I moved into a 1 bedroom apartment about 4 months ago at 41 West and I have loved my time here so far! The location is great, easy walk to so many restaurants, coffee shop, walking paths, W. 25th, and a quick drive downtown! The unit is very modern with new appliances that look really nice. There is also a lot of natural light which is great. The building is cleaned almost every single day and is kept in great, clean condition. I have a dog, and it has been easy living here with easy outdoor access for potty breaks and they are currently building a dog park. Goldie’s and Tripi downstairs are 10/10 and such awesome restaurants to have so close. The staff at 41 West is very accommodating and kind also. The rooftop is AWESOME and I am looking forward to spending more time up there as the weather warms up! I look forward to the rest of my lease here at 41 West!
