5 stars We’ve been living at The Dexter for over a year now and we absolutely love it. The building is well maintained, and the team (starting with Neal at maintenance to end up with everyone else) here is truly amazing — friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. Everyone you run into, whether it’s staff or neighbors, is genuinely kind, and that has created one of the most welcoming communities we’ve ever been part of. Because of all that, renewing our lease was an easy decision. We look forward to calling The Dexter home for many more years to come.

Corea is extremely friendly and professional. So impressed by the way she handled herself and my client. The Dexter is a beautiful property in a neighborhood environment. The amenities are beautiful. Great choice - I have referred many of our corporate relocation clients to the Dexter.

Great place to live. Been here since it opened in 2021 and have not had any issues or problems at this property. The staff is attentive and keeps things moving along smoothly. The amenities are fantastic and you can’t beat the view from the community deck.
