Many students find this property appealing due to its spacious apartments, often featuring in-unit laundry and a generally quiet, safe neighborhood with well-maintained grounds perfect for walks. While the location is consistently praised, some residents have experienced issues with inconsistent maintenance response times, particularly for recurring problems, and communication challenges with management regarding lease terms, charges, and property damage.

Where to start..... This place was absolutely awful. The only good thing i can say about this place is the maintenance, and the guy i had, quit. i moved in during the summer months and i went on vacation 3 days after move in. i didn't even turn on the AC since i wasn't in the apartment for too long. came back to turn on the AC and realized it doesn't work. which lead to water damage in the front closet and the bedroom behind the wall. I called to get it repaired and the maintenance guy was great! although he couldn't find the issue with the AC so he returned later with the guy to get the job done. within that time, my AC was frozen AGAIN and then thawed only to have water everywhere AGAIN. I called the office to get the damage repaired and they would be in contact later for a date. when the company called we set a date and i had to call the office back because that date wouldn't work since i was working from home that day in the room they would need to repair. so i cancelled and requested a new date. only to get someone at my door on the original date to tell her that she can't come in because i am working. so - no communication from office to 3rd party. the lady that was at my apartment said that she would reset the date and get back out there to finish. Only, that day never came. The water damage ruined my wood dresser in that room. i asked the office is someone from maintenance could come assist with moving it out of the apartment since i am a single mom and on my own and the office told me that it was my property and they aren't allowed to assist us with things like that. EVEN THOUGH THEY DAMAGED MY PROPERTY. so it's okay that they do this to me - that i have to pay for the damages to my property - and they couldn't even assist me with taking the damaged dresser to the dump. Mind you the proper dump site for bigger items is not right outside my apartment. it's down the street at another apartment building. Luckily, the maintenance guy told me that he would assist me regardless and to call him so that he can help and skip calling the office since they never help anyone. Yup, their own maintenance guy said this about this place. I was given 1 key at move in. My mom was in town for a week and needed my key when i was at work so she could do some shopping and close the door. i got home before her and went to the office so that i could get someone to let me in. They quickly started asking questions and it led to a few different things: my mom was making extra keys - I was told i wasn't allowed to do that unless i paid $125 PER KEY for my mom, and 2 kids. i laughed and declined stating i don't know why i would pay you $125 per key when i can get 3 keys for less than $20 at lowes. then they were mad that they didn't know i had kids staying with me. so they wanted me to sign a new lease. - this, i kinda get, but if your company didn't do their due diligence before i moved in, this isn't on me. They then persisted on asking me how long my mom was staying for since she isn't allowed to stay on property for too long. My mom lives 2 hours away and comes and stays for a few days every summer since she is gone in the winter months. I get that this is there property - oh but mine when something is damaged by THEM - but the constant berating to their customers is insane. Theres also been many complaints that no one gets their deposits back. the deposit is normally 1st and last months rent. plus a full month deposit. i only paid $299 with 1st months rent at move in. My move out date was to be no later than 5/31/2026. I was moved out and in my new home by 5/9/2026 only to go back a few days before 5/31 to clean up. i got a notice in the mail saying that i owe them for June rent since i didn't move out until 6/1. They want to charge me a full months rent for 1 day and i wasn't even there. this place has AWFUL management and if someone would have warned me, i would have stayed away. do yourself a favor and spend a little more at a better place to get better service and kinder people.

I had such an amazing tour here! The leasing agent Alyse was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable right away. She took her time showing me around, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. The apartments were beautiful and didn't expect them to be so spacious inside. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Moved here for the location, that I love. Downfall is storage, there are 3 coat / hanger closets but that’s it. No pantry’s or linen closet. That’s being said the layout is spacious…. Upon move out the company was helpful with any hiccups as the leasing staff handles a lot!

My husband and I moved in yesterday and we've had an excellent experience with Alyse and the unit so far! Alyse was extremely personable and honest throughout the entire experience. During the initial walk through, she found things that needed fixed or mentioned on the paper, and we really appreciated that integrity. That said, like many apartments and new moves, after you've moved in you find more things "wrong" per say, in our case, speckles of paint on other areas of the floor we didn't initially see, and maybe a scrape or dent here and there. But we've communicated with Alyse and she's been extremely understanding. The area is calm and so far the people we've met are super kind. I love that there are sidewalks so I can actually go on walks (our last apartment did not have any), and the neighborhood appears clean and safe
