I and my wife have lived here for over 30+ years and have watched this place go down hill . We haven't had any upgrades in the last 15 years. Our stove has no front door since Thanksgiving of last year. When we first moved here, rent was $370 or $ 395, now $795 for the same old same old. We were the first one to have blinds, when no other apartment had them. All we ask it that we get a break. Fix the garage door, our stove, the hole in the living room. Don't think that's too much to ask.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! i’ve been here for 9 months and ready to move already, when i first moved here i moved in the middle of january and it was no heat it took them 2 weeks to send somebody out to fix it. They had a move in special as well my 1st month was free and was saying i owed that money and took them about 6 months to fix it put eviction notices on the door and all. They were having a mice problem in my building, the property manager kept telling me i was hearing mice and i was hearing birds and was refusing to fix the problem, i know right? A JOKE then he claims his sent exterminators out but left no documentation so he could be lying for all i know don’t waste your time, i also got my car wrongfully told and had to pay 200 dollars to get i back

I am a tenant at Sunnyslope. This is the worst apartment building to ever live at I am a traveling corrections officer The apartments are roach ant and fly infestation. My apartment is like Joe’s apartment with the roaches. There was one in my bed. The bathroom ceiling is cracked the toilet leaks They do not clean the apartments out from the previous tenants. The walls are thin as paper you can put in a maintenance request. It will never get answered you could call the office 1 million times no one will never pick up the phone. Do not waste your time coming here listening to these pay actors, who are leaving false reviews they will illegally tow your car like a thief in the middle of the night and you Will be responsible for going to West and picking your car up and giving them $200. Do not waste your time at this Ragley apartment building for almost $900. Continue to save and go somewhere decent. You get what you pay for and this is not it step above the projects ! The whole apartment complex smell like weed Neverrrrrrrrrrr move to this apartment complex I am from out of town who moved here to be closer to work!And I’m just leaving I have plenty of photos, nine months worth and correspondence that has not been fulfilled or read from the property managers does not care about anything that goes on with their investment except for the payment is a shame, and also an embarrassment to them!! just because you say something is completed, does not mean it’s completed!! I take pictures of everything so show me the pictures of the work being completed, show me a work order from the maintenance department that it was completed because it’s a lie!

Sunnyslope Apartments is been a great place to call home - the grounds are well maintained and many of the units have been upgraded with new flooring and appliances and bathrooms.
