Station 73 at Battery Park

This use to be a nice place to live, buts its not anymore.. lets talk about the issues. When I walk into the mail room / package room, you better wear a mask, it smells so bad, mold ,mold ,mold..... the outsides grounds use to be cleaned and nice.... grass overgrown pet waste bins full and overflowing.. there is a tv by the BBQ it don't work. you send emails to the manager she never gets back to you.. Parking is joke. I use to love coming home and just enjoying the property. now I can't wait to get out. just walk around and see the amount of empty units.... don't ever move here...

I have lived here for three years, and it’s disappointing to see how much this property has declined. When I first moved in, it was a great place to live, but over the past year the quality of management and maintenance has gone downhill. Management is extremely difficult to reach, often taking days to respond, and even when they do, they rarely provide helpful solutions. There are frequent noise issues, with loud music blasting on weeknights until late at night and sometimes into the early morning. On top of that, the building constantly smells like marijuana, including in the hallways and common areas, which has become a daily occurrence. The building hallways are consistently dirty, the pool is often unclean, and I’ve even noticed Airbnb rentals being hosted despite them being against the lease rules. It’s frustrating to see rules not being enforced while residents are expected to follow them. After three years of living here, I can honestly say I cannot wait for my lease to end. I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, safe, and well-managed place to live. There are much better options elsewhere.

It was amazing the scenery was very beautiful. Everyone involved was so helpful and polite. Definitely was 5 stars I enjoyed my time here.
