Crystal is amazing! Responsive and always willing to talk about any concerns. Maintenance staff efficient and friendly. Very well maintained building.

I had a great experience with my time there. The location bing right net to the water made it easy to take walks and enjoy an active life. Communication and safety were of high importance to me during my stay. I enjoyed the quietness of the building and the staff. My maintenance requests were completed quickly and the office staff was always available to answer my questions. Crystal and Sarah do such an amazing job. If I were to move back to Cleveland I'd come here !

They take all your security deposit once you leave. Do not expect to get it back. Be warned!! Also none of the claimed amenities actually work, my friend got stuck in the elevator while visiting and both washers in the basement were down for more than a month.
