Parkside Dwellings

We had a great experience living at Parkside. The management was always attentive and responsive whenever we needed anything. The location is excellent, especially if you study or work in University Circle. It was a convenient place to live, and we really enjoyed our time there.

This is truly a hidden gem in University Circle. I lived here for three years, first in a studio and later in one of the two-floor apartments, and had a great experience in both. The location and price are hard to beat, especially for CWRU students or anyone studying or working in University Circle. The building is quiet, safe, comfortable, and very conveniently located. Pam and Tomas were also always kind and helpful during my time there. After two years and two different apartments, I can definitely say this was a great place to live. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience staying at the property for my last semester of school. I needed a short-term lease and Parkside Dwellings just started offering them when I was looking for a place. It was a great deal considering the studio was well furnished including a bed (with full beddings), a fridge, a microwave, cooking equipment, cutlery and a TV. Management did a great job working with me (I was the first to try the new program) and they were more than eager to help out when I needed urgent fixes and repairs. They even provided cleaning consumables like garbage bags, soaps, sponges and laundry detergent! They even supplied towels for the bathroom, and a broom and mop to keep the property tidy. Just as a note, my room only had heating when I stayed there but it was winter and a cold spring so I was more than happy with it. The age of the property does impose limits. They don't have elevators and I don't think there is enough space to retrofit one. Laundry and dryers are downstairs but they were generally available on any day. You will need to open the window when cooking but the stoves and sink works for the space that's given. Overall, I give it five stars for the great value and the convenient location. Groceries are a fifteen minute walk and campus and the cultural district is right next door. Management is very proactive and payment goes on without problems. They are honest on what they offer and reliable landlords.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The new management team has been super friendly and quick to help with anything that comes up. It’s also awesome that we get to use the rooftop deck and pool at the sister property—such a nice bonus, especially on sunny days!

It’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and luxury!
