These apartments offer a convenient location, often praised for being close to amenities like the mall and having easy freeway access, with many residents appreciating the spacious townhomes, private entrances, patios, and the inclusion of heat and hot water in some units. While the management and maintenance teams are frequently highlighted for being responsive and caring, some residents have noted that the units can feel outdated and that climate control, particularly air conditioning, may not always be effective.

I have lived here 8 years and just signed another lease this has been a place of stability for me & my kids and is great for families looking for a townhouse. Our new leasing lady LeeShand goes above & beyond and handles things very promptly & is so easy to communicate with! Great long term neighbors as well plus our maintenance guys have been so good to us!

I’ve had a really great experience at Mentor Mall Village Apartments, and a big reason for that is the manager LeeShand. She’s amazing! Super responsive, easy to talk to, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve needed something, she’s been quick to help and always kind about it. I have recommended these apartments to friends mostly based on just how great the management is! Also the location is convenient and love that I can have my pets!
