Joey & Devon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really great experience with Joey & Devon! We had an issue with water blockage in our apartment, and they responded almost immediately after we reported it. They came over quickly, figured out the issue, and took care of it efficiently. Both of them were very friendly, respectful, and professional throughout the whole process. It’s really reassuring to have maintenance staff who respond so quickly and genuinely care about helping residents. We really appreciate their hard work and quick service. Great job, Joey & Devon!

Devon and Joei fixed water logging problem in apartment, it was really quick and they provided full resolution to our issue with water logging on the floor because of air conditioning.

**My Honest Review of LIV Cleveland — Full Transparency** I want to share my experience at LIV Cleveland honestly and transparently so future residents can make an informed decision. When I moved in, I was hopeful about making LIV Cleveland my home. Unfortunately, my experience was impacted by several ongoing issues that affected my basic comfort and quality of life. One of the first issues I experienced was that the elevator/lift was not working when I arrived. I have documentation of this issue and my communication regarding it. Throughout my residency, I consistently communicated concerns through email and maintained records of my attempts to get issues addressed. These concerns included periods without adequate heat during the winter, which impacted my living conditions and contributed to me being sick for weeks, as well as days without hot water. I also reported other concerns, including air conditioning issues, drafts from windows, odors, and maintenance-related problems. My frustration was not simply that problems occurred — I understand that buildings can have unexpected repairs. The biggest concern was the repeated need to follow up and the impact these unresolved issues had on my day-to-day life. Having basic necessities like heat and hot water affected my ability to feel comfortable and secure in my own home. I encourage anyone considering LIV Cleveland to ask detailed questions about the building’s maintenance history, response times, how emergency repairs are handled, and how resident concerns are documented and resolved. I am sharing this review based on my personal experience and the communication I documented during my time living there. My goal is to provide transparency for future residents and encourage accountability and improvement. ---- Also this place is extremely roach infested. I had to throw away my toaster and keurig.
