Bridgeview Apartments

Great location in the heart of the warehouse district and a view over the canal and Jacobs Pavilion. Easy walk to bars, coffee shops and Constantino's grocery store. Apartments were large an dhad unqiue character with brick and wood. In building gym was great too!

10yr resident. Dirty/malfunctioning laundry washrooms, trash everywhere, complete lack of janitorial staff... This is not the building it used to be. Feels like a college dorm more than an apartment building in a city now. Quality never returned after the failed experiment where they started renting out apartments as hotel rooms (shocker...) Edit: John, TODAY within the past hour I attempted to do laundry on the 10th floor and the middle machine was full of straight up sand and brown clumps (and the room now smells like expired seafood.). Please "walk the building" into either of those wash rooms and repair/replace the machines that have been broken for months-- several other residents have complained about this and nothing has changed since 2019. (Photo attached) I don't need a meeting, I dont need to argue online, I don't even want to be posting here, I just want to do my laundry and not have my clothes be ruined. [To be clear, Sid & the whole desk crew are amazing, along with Reggie and the maintenance crew. This is an issue of a lack of necessary repairs/improvements by management.] Edit 2024: now they don't even open the roof up for the airshow on labor day, one of the biggest benefits of the entire building Edit 3: they decided to do roof maintenance without informing me today, now my entire apartment is covered in a layer of black dirt and tar. All my clothing, electronics, instruments, bobbleheads, furniture, everything, with zero notice. Ugh

I moved to Cleveland from KY a year and a half ago, looked at 15+ apartments in the area before settling on Bridgeview. Absolutely love the building, it’s an old warehouse that’s been completely retrofitted, with modern touches while still maintaining the historic industrial nature of the building. There are a plethora of different layouts, sizes, etc. I could not be happier with my living situation! It is also close to all the bars, restaurants, night life and daytime activities you could want, great views and so on. The management is awesome, the maintenance team is always quick and efficient, and the concierge team is amazing. My leasing agent Jacey was by far the most responsive of all the properties l toured, understanding what I was looking for and patiently showing me apartment after apartment until I saw the one I am in now. 5/5, love Bridgeview, strongly recommend living here!
