Weve lived here for over 9 years and you would figure that the office would let you know when your new upstairs neighbors are going to be ripping out their carpet and are going to be making loud banging noises for weeks...they ripped out their carpet and we hear every noise they make to this day..its been one thing after another with them..we ended up having to contact the BBB just to get a mediation meeting with the board..they weren't going to have a meeting at all..very unprofessional..but since its not something the board is dealing with why do they care?..the board shouldn't let tenants rip out their carpet because the tenants below them cant get any piece and quiet..Woodland Hills doesnt have any rules or structure..anybody can do whatever they want..glad ill be leaving soon..i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

I love it here; safe and plenty of parking. Clubhouse can be rented for events and very kind people to deal with has been my experience personally.
