I lived here for 2 years, great staff here The property is well maintenance and is always quiet.. great place to live if you like easy access to the highway

I have been working with Tower one Apartments for a little over a year. In that time they have changed property managers several times. The property manager they have now Deanna is great. Deanna is very good at communicating and helping work through situations with tenants. Deanna is very caring and compassionate. The building is clean, safe and secure. Deanna is very good at getting issues resolved. I don’t live in the building personally but when I do go there I feel like I am at home. Deanna works hard making sure the building is safe, secure and cleaning for anyone who comes there whether they are visiting, a short term rental for an Air B n B, or a long term rental. The amount they charge for monthly rent is not bad when you look at all the amenities that are include such as secure building, workout room, WiFi included, trash chutes on each floor, elevators and so much more.

Terrible people . They will act like they’re cool untill you pay ur fee . Then find every reason not to rent to you . I can clearly 90k myself . They take rent vouchers but deny me . Also currently working on lawsuit. My lawyer is already on it . For health code and this scam. I wouldn’t apply here they will be under new management soon . Then it will be different
