Zach and the Team have been phenomenal during this process. We moved from Fl to Florence, KY and the process was stress free thanks to Zach and the team up in the office. Zach has been transparent, friendly, and highly professional. We even had a loss on the family with our cat when we got here and he acted quickly to ensure we were paying a pet rent fee that was no longer with us. We had some wrenches thrown at us during this transition but Zach made is painless and went above and beyond for us. Thank you Zach and thank you everyone at Tapestry Turfway.

Lived here for 2 years. Pool was a big deal for me and my wife. I work 2nd shift and the few opportunities I have to go and get some sun on my day off the pool is closed. Didn’t open until almost a month after Labor Day. We got an email saying we could use the sister locations pool until it was closed 2 days later for us, and now is constantly closed for unknown reasons. Even if you stay out of the water and go in to get some sun maintenance will come harass you that you’re not allowed to be in there. The pool should not be listed as amenity, because it’s rarely available to those who live there. Experience otherwise has been okay. Expect rent to go up each year and noise complaints to be ignored.
