Tapestry Ridge Apartments

I moved here in 2022 after Hurricane Ian devastated Southwest FL. The management at the time was extremely helpful and processed my application quickly; addressed needs and concerns I had, and my move-in process was great. The people that work here/have worked here, are some of the best I have ever encountered in the rental industry. As others have said in their reviews; the views are fantastic. The amenities are great, the appliances and fixtures within the units are of premium quality. HOWEVER- your mileage may vary, depending on the type of neighbors you have. The walls are so thin, you will hear every little thing that goes on. Arguments, domestic disputes, "fun time" and much more. For the price you will pay to live here, the lack of sleep and blatant disrespect from other tenants is not worth dealing with. The parking situation is also something that has gotten worse over time- again spending top dollar to rent here, you should not have to worry about finding a spot near your unit. The amount of out-of-state tags is absurd, and parking is not enforced. (yes, if you legally reside in Kentucky, there should not be out-of-state tags present on vehicles all over the property) My advice to management is to actively address the problems. Sending out emails about noise levels won't fix anything; evicting the problem tenants will.

I've had a great experience living at Weaver Farms Apartments. The community is quiet, well maintained, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and the interstate. Lynsey has been especially helpful throughout my time here. She's always professional, kind, and quick to answer questions or help whenever something comes up. The maintenance team has also been responsive, and I appreciate how clean and family-friendly the property is. Overall, I would definitely recommend Weaver Farms Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home in Florence, Kentucky.

Alyssa was so helpful at both move in and during the move out process and she helped us feel at home right away! Whenever we had questions or concerns she was always willing to go out of her way to help. The property itself is so stunning and we will truly miss living here! 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to move to the area.

Jason is hands down one of the best maintenance technicians! He’s always friendly, professional, and quick to get the job done right. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. As a dog mom, I have to give him bonus points because he always gives my pup some extra love and attention whenever he’s here. It’s the little things like that that really stand out. Thank you, Jason, for always being so kind and dependable!
