During my time in my apartment, Vantage apartment complex staff informed me I had to move my vehicle out of the garage if I wanted to go to work due to their being construction on the main road. I listened and moved my vehicle to the recommended garage they listed in the email. The same night my vehicle was broken into. The staff refused to help me with cost and were flat out rude. Furthermore, when I moved out they refused to return my deposit due to “carpet stain cost” and also charging me an additional couple hundred dollars. The apartment complex is highly overpriced, the staff is rude. If you’re looking for an apartment that’s affordable and has warm hospitality you won’t find it here.

The management and maintenance teams do an outstanding job at meeting resident needs and hosting resident parties. I just resigned my lease for another year!
