This property generally boasts a prime location with easy access to the neighborhood, beautiful apartment designs, and a friendly, helpful on-site staff. However, some residents have experienced ongoing issues with key amenities, such as the pool and elevators, leading to concerns about the overall value for money and the property's upkeep, despite recent efforts by new management to address these issues.

We loved Riverhaus, great location in the cov and overall felt pretty safe despite its urban feel. The amenities were great the unit itself was nice. The apartment itself flooded pretty badly while we were here but the remediation team was prompt (we were unaffected but really felt for our neighbors). I suggest staying off of the pool view floor....the tenants are very active and use the amenities and if you have a pool facing unit they are super nosey and made us feel pretty uncomfortable haha

Same old story at Riverhaus. As much as new management tries to sell you on caring... they don't really. Definitely the owner doesn't. I moved in December and the elevator has been closed longer than it's worked since. I work in elevators... to take weeks and months to get parts never happens. But somehow it's always the reason we're given. What's really happening is someone cannot foot the bill. But of course residents are paying the price. Not to mention the carpets have pet urine and stains all over the place. Rarely cleaned. Just like the windows & exterior. The pool heater wasn't fixed either because of cost but it's advertised on the website? TVs in the gym don't work. This place is false advertisement lol Always do your research when looking... they only show you what they want you to see

05/21 update: New management has turned this around FAST. The elevator is working and the pool is open! I have over heard them talking to visitors about updates to the mail system. They seem to be really stepping up to the plate thankfully! Original post: 1 star I really hate to leave a bad review and I genuinely think the day-to-day staff is doing the best they can with a bad hand. But also, if you are looking to rent here you seriously need to know the whole picture of what’s going on and not just fall for the beautiful apartments. The main elevator has been essentially out of operation for over a month (it was fixed for 4 days and then broke again :(. Imagine walking up 4+ flights of stairs every time you want to leave your apartment or walking across the entire building to the other elevator. The fire alarm goes off several times a week, to the point where most residents have started to ignore and stay in their apartments regardless (this is huge safety hazard if a real fire were to occur and its negligent). They’ve also never offered an explanation? Just randomly say they are “testing” its my guess is they have no clue what’s wrong with it. The pool was broken all of last summer and they did not let any residents get refunds (they did offer access to other pools which were 10-20 mins drive away and things like that, but I think we can all agree you’d rather have a refund on your rent.) There are all kinds of other smaller issues, such as the garage trash constantly overflowing (they put out bug traps because it was attracting insects), the main door from the mailroom to the lobby will not close because something is coming UP from the floor below breaking THROUGH the tile? Very concerning in my opinion and shows obvious building structural issues. I’ve had a work order in for my dishwasher for well over a week and haven’t heard anything about when I will receive help with it. :/ this place is expensive and I was really excited to move in last year. I did end up renewing my lease because moving is even more expensive and the economy is not in a great atm and obviously there’s still enough benefits to keep me around (apartments are beautiful and the location is great). Complaining about these things feels tough as a lot of them are related to the benefits of living in a “luxury” apartment. Like awe boohoo you didn’t get your fancy pool and you have to walk a few more steps every day. BUT, simply put I work hard for my money and was excited to spend it on some luxury experiences. I would expect that what im paying would go towards rent + maintaining the amenities promised to me during the tour and on my lease. I’m not leaving this comment to hate on the day-to-day staff, they are all super kind and I have no doubt doing their absolute best. But genuinely there are much better places to rent in Covington that aren’t literally falling apart! Anyone in their right mind would acknowledge that these issues aren’t minor and shouldn’t be overlooked. If I had to guess, this building has serious structural issues and it’s likely allll related. Im worried it is not going to get better and if it does I’ll probably not renew despite how much I hate moving!

Public parking garage is a scam. Fold away, non permanent sign is the only thing between you and a $287 towing fee. Disgraceful
